     So in this post, I am going to tell you the answers to all the below questions that everybody has in there mind.

First, let's see at the end of one punch man season 2 Saitama used about 1% of his power. just 1% of his power is just too much as it is.on that we can assume what will be his 100% of the power. on that, I am making this post.

So let's see now, Can Goku defeat Saitama.

Goku is sent to earth when he was just a child to destroy the earth but his head got a heart because he fall on his head and forgot his mission and his personality changed. So Goku has the power to destroy earth when he is just a child 

When he was 14 years old he fights with the strongest villain on earth and Won against him. now he is the strongest man on earth.

When he was 19. he fights against Vegeta. Who is a Saiyan like Goku. To defeat him Goku trained himself and learn Kaioken Technique. which multiplies his strength up to 4 times.

Goku found Super Saiyan power against Frieza if we compare his powers before becoming a Super Saiyan is 50,000 and Frieza's power level is 1,000,000(1 million) after becoming Super Saiyan his power level is equals to Frieza or greater than Frieza but just compare where is 50 thousand and 1 million. Now I think Goku is equal to Saitama's 1% power.

After Super Saiyan, Goku trained himself and achieved Super Saiyan 2 or you can call it ascended Super Saiyan this mode is 4-5 times stronger than Super Saiyan. Now I think Goku is equal to Saitama's 5% power.

After Super Saiyan 2, Goku learns its next level and he called it Super Saiyan 3. SS3 is 4 times stronger and faster than Super Saiyan 2, Now Goku is about 20% of Saitama's power.

Goku achieved or you can say gain Super Saiyan God by performing a ritual. Now he is 100 times stronger than Super Saiyan 3. Now Goku surpassed Saitama's power.

After Super Saiyan God Goku learns how to use divine power and discover new power that is Super Saiyan Blue God it is about twice as strong compare to Super Saiyan God(RED). Means now he is 2X strong than Saitama.

You know I mention Kaioken Technique. Those multiples strength. Goku used it on Super Saiyan Blue and increased its power up to 20 times. Now Goku is about 20 times stronger than Saitama.

When Goku pushed at his limits than his hidden power appears That is autonomous ultra instinct. Goku can not use it whenever he wants it. This power comes whenever he pushed over limits or going to die in battle but it is just too much powerful compers to his previous modes. I can say now Goku is 10 times stronger than before. This is where Saitama's 100% power is just 1% compares to Goku's power.

Now I think you got the answer that Goku is stronger than Saitama. Even Vegeta can defeat Saitama because he is also at the level of Super Saiyan blue.
